Beauty

There is only one thing all women all over the world can go and relate to each other and exchange positive thoughts.  That's the nail shop and hair dresser.  Sad but true.  Women feel at their best when they are being beautified.  I love it.  A young woman (look about 19 or 20)  she said to me are, "are you a model or do you sing."  I told her I do sing why'd you ask?  Her response was because your "spirit is pretty.  I looked at the young man and  said thank you and continue getting my pedicure.  Just saying that to say in order to uplift yourself you must uplift others.  That young woman sure did make my day. Now I am able to do the same for the next.  Blessings come from sharing.  God doesn't care about you car or your nice expensive purse.  The only thing god see is you heart!!!!! I'm just a big bundle of joy today....LOVE

Health

Is your health a priority?? So this morning, I woke up at about 8am.  A good friend and I decided to workout.  When I say my body was in complete heaven.  I felt so great not only on the outside, but on the inside as well.  I finally ran around the track without stopping ((Yayy for me)). I was so proud of myself.  There was a time when I was  working out every day.  I still have that same gym membership.  WSC still charges my card and I don't even go anymore.  Just saying that to stay, my body is a temple and health should and always be part of your daily routine. 

Note: If you are a smoker- lung cancer is one of the leading cause of death in the African American community.  Put away the Nicotine and pick up the workout machine LMBO!!!! Just alittle health joke.  In conclusion, your health is extremely important and always worth putting first.

Married People

Why get married if you still want to date???  So I met this guy.  He was so perfect.  He was handsome, he drives a 745(BMW). He's charming, he has no children.  He owns property, he has a relationship with god.  I mean the conversation's were on point. We danced, we ate, we drank.  It was everything I wanted in a potential mate.  Comes to find out he's married.  I experience a day or two of confusion and disappointment.  Why not be honest up front.  Although we never slept together.  Had he not told me that small piece of information.  We probably would have.  Men is it that you want your cake and eat it too? Or you just simply do not have self control??? Any other reason's??

Ever been to a Midnight cookout that starts at Midnight??? So I went to a Midnight cookout((cool stuff)).  There were over 500 people there.  I was under the impression that it was a small gathering LOL.  Boy was I fooled and under dressed.  They had drinks, food, music everything you need to have a good time.  I drank, met new people, saw a few I knew and had a funky good time. You guys should really get out more!!! There is so much more to life then the regular boring local bars and clubs. 

Note: Did you know "The Kennedy Center"((here in D.C.)) give away free tickets to different concerts and events? So now I get to see "THE ROOTS" and "Mary Poppins" on stage!!!((sooooo excited))  Enjoy your city. Explore different walks of LIFE you never know what you may find...

Why do us women do the wildest things during sex??? A friend and I were drinking and conversing about our love lives and she must of had a little too much to drink and she expressed to me how she tosses her man's salad.  Ladies please give me some closure. What is that about???
